Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What are the available payment options? 

We accept payments via PayPal and Offline (using GCash or Credit Card after placing the order). For Offline payments, instructions will be provided in the order confirmation email. Payment must be made within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation. Your order will be prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed. There is no need to send proof of payment for PayPal transactions. 

2. What are the available shipping methods? 

Our standard shipping method is via courier which takes about 3-5 business days nationwide. Orders are processed for shipping 3 times a week on weekdays from 10am to 6pm.

3. Do you accept Returns and Exchanges? 

Returns are not accepted. One exchange may be accommodated within 5 days provided that the items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags in place. Exchange may be refused if upon inspection the returned item is not in pristine condition. Items can be exchanged for any style, size or color as long as it is available. All related courier costs will be at the buyer's expense.
