Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What are the available payment options? 

We accept payments via PayPal, GCash and Credit Card. GCash payments may be made using the GCash app or thru bank apps (BDO, BPI, UB, etc.) by selecting ‘transfer to other banks’ and choosing GCash. Credit Card payments are accepted by requesting for a payment link by emailing rucheswimwear@gmail.com. A separate email with payment instructions will be sent. GCash and Credit Card payments require you to send us your proof of payment via e-mail to rucheswimwear@gmail.com or Viber +639165875154. Payment must be made within 24 hours from order. Otherwise, your order may be cancelled and reserved items released to another client. Your order will be prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed. There is no need to send proof of payment for PayPal transactions. 

2. What are the available shipping methods? 

Our standard shipping method is via courier which takes about 3-5 business days nationwide. Orders are processed for shipping 3 times a week on weekdays from 10am to 6pm.

3. Do you accept Returns and Exchanges? 

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be accommodated within 5 days provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Exchanges may only be made depending on the availability of the preferred item. All related courier costs will be at your expense.
